Processing Times

In-stock products: orders placed by 1 PM EST on a business day ship the same day. Orders placed after 1 PM EST, on weekends, or on holidays ship the next business day.

Custom dash panels and custom switch panels: after your order is placed, we send you a PDF drawing for approval, with up to 3 revisions at no extra cost. Production starts once you approve the drawing, and your panel is ready to ship in 3–5 business days from drawing approval.

Panel Builder panels: no drawing approval is needed. Panel Builder orders by 1 PM EST ship the same business day. Orders placed after 1 PM EST, on weekends, or on holidays ship the next business day.

Domestic Shipping

We ship orders via UPS, USPS, and FedEx, as well as other reliable carriers when necessary. All orders ship from Central Florida with tracking.

Free Shipping Threshold

Techno Express Services LLC offers free standard shipping on qualifying U.S. orders over $150. Custom dash panels, custom switch panels, Panel Builder panels, and oversized or freight items are excluded. Shipping for these items is calculated at checkout.

Expedited Production

Customers requiring expedited production may request priority processing by paying a 20% expedite fee (minimum $50). If we fail to meet the expedited deadline, the expedite fee will be refunded in full.

Delivery Times & Split Shipments

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. While we strive to meet these estimates, delivery times are not guaranteed. Orders may ship from multiple locations and may arrive in separate shipments.

International Shipping, Duties & Customs

International orders are accepted. Shipping rates, customs duties, and import taxes are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the recipient. Techno Express Services LLC is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, clearance, or local import regulations.

Correcting Shipping Improperly Billed

If shipping fees are billed incorrectly, please contact us immediately at (407) 543-8691 (phone or WhatsApp). We will correct the error and issue an adjustment or refund.

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or pandemics.
