Techno Express FAQ

We design and build custom marine switch panels and dash panels in Orlando, Florida. Panels can ship blank or fully pre-wired, with Carling Contura rocker switches or Bluewater 22mm push button switches, breakers, USB chargers and meters. We also supply marine electrical components and electronics.

Send us photos, measurements and the switches you need through the Request an Estimate form. We reply with a free estimate in 1 business day. After you approve it and pay the invoice, we send a PDF drawing for approval, then we build the panel.

Custom panels are ready to ship in 3–5 business days after you approve the drawing. Panel Builder orders paid by 1 PM EST are processed the same day and ship the next business day.

Yes. Every custom panel includes a PDF drawing proof and up to 3 free revisions before fabrication starts.

Marine-grade cast acrylic in 3/16", 1/4", 3/8" or 1/2" thickness, in Matte Black or High Gloss Black. Edges are machined with a round-over profile and polished. Mounting hardware is marine-grade stainless steel.

Carling Contura V rocker switches are the traditional, proven choice and most of our customers pick them. Bluewater 22mm push button switches are waterproof, use sealed Deutsch-style connectors and give the helm a cleaner, modern look. Both are available with backlit laser-etched labels.

Front-mounted resettable breakers make maintenance easy when you can't reach the back of the dash. An external fuse block gives the cleanest look but needs good rear access. If you have rear access, push buttons plus a fuse block is our premium recommendation.

Your switches and breakers, complete internal wiring, a distribution block, installation hardware, a printed wiring diagram and a cardboard installation template.

Yes. We can usually estimate from photos and general dimensions. For the final fit you trace a transparent template and mail it to us, and we digitize it. Customers in Central Florida can book an on-site scan.

Qualifying U.S. orders over $150 ship free. Custom dash panels, custom switch panels, Panel Builder panels and oversized items are excluded and their shipping is calculated at checkout. In-stock orders placed by 1 PM EST on a business day ship the same day, with tracking, from Central Florida.

Regular in-stock products can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Custom dash panels, custom switch panels and Panel Builder panels can be returned within 5 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused, uninstalled and in original packaging. Call or WhatsApp (407) 543-8691 for an RMA number before shipping anything back; the customer pays return shipping.
