Return Window

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

  • Regular (in-stock) products: may be returned within 60 calendar days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
  • Marine electronics (chartplotters, fishfinders, transducers, radar, autopilots, communication, stereos, speakers, amplifiers and other audio): may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
  • Custom dash panels, custom switch panels, Panel Builder panels, blank switch panels and custom laser-etched switch actuators: every panel and custom actuator is built to order, so these items are not returnable unless they were not built according to your approved drawing (or, for Panel Builder orders, the configuration you ordered), or they arrive damaged or defective. In those cases we will repair, rebuild or refund the item at no cost to you.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, uninstalled, unmodified, in brand-new condition and in their original packaging, with all included components.

How Custom Panels Work

Custom dash panels and custom switch panels: after your order is placed, we design your panel and send you a PDF drawing for approval, with up to 3 revisions at no extra cost. Fabrication starts only after you approve the drawing, and your panel is ready to ship in 3–5 business days from drawing approval. Please review every detail of the drawing before you approve it.

Panel Builder panels: you design the panel yourself online, so no drawing approval is needed. Panel Builder orders by 1 PM EST ship the same business day; later orders ship the next business day. Please review your configuration before placing the order.

Warranty

  • Techno Express products (custom dash panels, custom switch panels, Panel Builder panels, blank panels, switch combos, actuators and wire jumpers) and other non-electronic products: 2-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
  • Marine electronics: 1-year warranty handled by Techno Express. After the first year, warranty service is handled directly by the manufacturer under the manufacturer's warranty terms.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation or wiring, accidents, misuse, modification, or normal wear. Proof of purchase is required. To make a warranty claim, contact us by phone or WhatsApp at (407) 543-8691 or at info@technoexpress.com. Warranty remedies are repair, replacement or exchange of the defective item.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and considered final sale:

  • Custom dash panels, custom switch panels, Panel Builder panels, blank switch panels and custom laser-etched actuators, except as described above
  • Cut-to-size products
  • Special order items
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Custom storage boxes, tackle boxes, trays, and tables
  • Installed, used, modified, scratched, damaged, or incomplete products
  • Electrical products that have been installed, wired, cut, altered, or modified

Return Process & RMA Procedure

To start a return, contact Techno Express Services LLC by phone or WhatsApp at (407) 543-8691 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before sending any item back.

Items must be shipped back within 14 days of RMA issuance. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a Techno Express Services LLC error or a confirmed defective product.

Items returned without an approved RMA may be refused or returned to the customer.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected, and are issued to the original payment method or as store credit.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be reviewed and approved by Techno Express Services LLC.

Custom, built-to-order, cut-to-size, or special-order products cannot be cancelled once fabrication, purchasing, or processing has started.
