Marine LED lighting for boats

Boat lights live with salt, spray and constant vibration, and your navigation lights are required equipment. This collection brings together navigation and anchor lights, underwater lights, flood and spreader lights, LED light bars, courtesy and dome lights, search lights and replacement bulbs from Lumitec, Attwood, ACR, Hella Marine, Perko, Lopolight, Lumishore, OceanLED, RIGID Industries, Black Oak LED and Shadow-Caster.

How to choose

  • Check the rated rangeNavigation lights are rated by visibility, 1 or 2 nautical miles. Match the rating to your boat's length before you buy.
  • Match voltage and drawConfirm 12V or 24V. LEDs draw a fraction of the current of halogen, so check the breaker or fuse size when you upgrade.
  • Marine gradeLook for marine-grade, corrosion-resistant housings, and fully potted electronics on underwater lights.

Every light needs a clearly labeled switch. We build custom switch panels and backlit, laser-etched rocker switch combos for NAV / ANCHOR, SPREADER LIGHTS, UNDERWATER LIGHTS and more. Questions? Call or WhatsApp (407) 543-8691.

Frequently Asked Questions

What navigation lights does my boat need?
Power boats under 12 meters (39.4 ft) running at night need red and green sidelights plus a white masthead and sternlight, or an all-round white light. Check the rules for your boat's length and waters.
How far do navigation lights need to be visible?
For boats under 12 meters, sidelights must be visible for 1 nautical mile and the masthead, stern and all-round white lights for 2 nautical miles. The rating is printed on certified lights.
Can I replace halogen boat lights with LED?
Yes. LEDs draw a fraction of the current, last much longer and handle vibration better. Use navigation lights that are certified for your boat's length.
What color underwater light is best?
Green is the most popular for night fishing because it travels farther in the water. White and blue are popular for swimming areas and a cleaner look, and RGB models let you change colors.
What is the difference between spreader and flood lights?
Spreader lights mount on a T-top, hardtop or tower and light the cockpit and deck. Flood lights and light bars throw light farther ahead of or around the boat.
How should boat lights be wired?
Run each light on its own fused or breaker-protected circuit with tinned marine wire, and give it a clearly labeled switch at the helm.
