Domestic Shipping
We ship orders via USPS, FedEx, and UPS, as well as other reliable carriers when
necessary. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise
stated.
International Shipping
International orders are accepted; however, shipping rates, customs duties, and import
taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused
by customs inspections or procedures.
Product Status & Shipping Times
Estimated lead times are provided during checkout. While we strive to meet these
estimates, delivery times are not guaranteed. Orders may ship from multiple locations
and may arrive in separate shipments.
Free Shipping Threshold
Techno Express Services LLC offers free standard shipping on qualifying orders over
$150 (excluding oversized, freight, or custom orders). Orders below this threshold are
subject to shipping charges calculated at checkout.
Correcting Shipping Improperly Billed
If shipping fees are billed incorrectly, please contact us immediately. We will correct the error and issue an adjustment or refund.
Custom Switch Panel, Storage & Tackle Box Lead Times & Expediting Policy
Lead times for custom switch panels, storage, and tackle boxes are estimated at
checkout. Customers requiring expedited production may request priority processing by paying a 20% expedite fee (minimum $50). If we fail to meet the expedited deadline, the expedite fee will be refunded in full.
Duties, Customs & Fees
For international shipments, duties and taxes are not included in the purchase price and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery. Techno Express Services LLC is not
responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or local import regulations.
Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our
reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, government
restrictions, or pandemics.
