Return Requirements

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Most unused, unopened,
non-custom, and non-special order products may be returned within 10 calendar days
of purchase for a refund or store credit, less shipping costs.

Non-returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:
- Custom switch panels
- Cut-to-size or built-to-order products
- Special order items
- Items marked as final sale
- Custom Storage and Tackle Boxes, Trays, and Tables

Return Process & RMA Procedure

To initiate a return, please contact Techno Express Services LLC for a Return
Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items must be returned within 14 days of
RMA issuance. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is
due to a company error or defective product. Items returned without an approved RMA
may be refused.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the
returned product.
